On July 3, 2010 - New England based utilities turned to ElecComm Power Services to provide temporary power during record heat waves. ElecComm Power Services installed 6 MW's of power for local utilities. This team of engineers and technicians installed (3) 2000kW generators and (3) 2500kVA step-up transformers. EPS handled all logistics during these projects, including transportation, low voltage cable installation, fueling, and 24/7 technical support while equipment was on line. During this time period (July 2010) EPS was also called upon to supply temporary power for over 50 separate isolated power outages for utilities.
