EPS installed 4 MW’s of power and transformers and delivered complete engineering support to local utility during heat wave. Units were used to peak shave the island while the utilities substation transformer was replaced. EPS handled all logistics for project including setting up local barge company to transport equipment and personnel to island. Generators were on line within 16 hours of initial call.
